Founded by husband and wife duo Chelsea and Josh, Ryot Co. was born out of a love for real estate and our community.
Chelsea (Founder + Managing Partner) wears many hats, with her favorite being creating exceptional experiences for both home sellers and guests. Josh (Founder and CFO) runs the numbers and helps our sellers strategize the best offers for their homes. Terri (Chelsea’s mom!) is our Director of Operations and a go-to resource for all of our clients.
