Our Team

My love for Real Estate was born when I was a freshman in high school. My parents purchased a foreclosed home and we worked tirelessly to complete a full gut remodel. It was an eye opening experience at such a young age, but I loved every second of it! Learning skills like painting, wiring, patching drywall, and some plumbing set me up for success years later when I would complete my own home renovation of a dream project that I had prayed for, for many years.

How it all began…

Josh and I purchased our first long term rental. We initially purchased the first property as a way to plan for our retirement but it blossomed into so much more. We had such great success, we continued to purchase properties each year to expand our portfolio.

2019

Josh and I completed our very own full gut renovation on a property at Lake McConaughy. Affectionately now named Lookout Lake House, this was one of the largest projects we’ve taken on to date. We gutted the house down to the studs, moved walls, and rebuilt the house from the ground up. We are proud of our work and the love that was built back into the home. Today, we share our lake home with guests. It brings us such joy when we read the reviews from our guests that make unforgettable family memories at the lake!

2020

We purchased and renovated a duplex, where we found our niche of hosting Extended Stays here in Cheyenne. We thoroughly enjoy getting to know our guests and being able to create a cozy home experience for them to use as a landing pad to explore their new city. There is nothing better than coming home to a warm and cozy home after a long day that’s fully equipped with anything they might need!

2022

Ryot Co. was born...With all these years in real estate, we've experienced many different ways to fund and lend on property. That has led us to specialize in the unique and non-traditional deals that may otherwise not go through the “normal” financing process in the home-buying side of our business.

Today

With a degree in Mathematics and a heavy interest in Finance, I help our home sellers strategize on the best offers for their unique situations.

Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, I moved West in my 20s and have loved everything Wyoming has to offer. I prioritize spending as much time as possible outdoors hiking with our two Australian Shepherds when I'm not working on the latest project at our properties.

With a career in business administration and a focus in Financial Services, client experience and client relationships, I celebrate collaboration, sharing ideas and getting to know our clients’ wants and needs. Together, we implement strategies to enhance seamless and efficient business practices, while focused on an elevated client experience. I look forward to working with you!

Outside the office, I live an active lifestyle ~ hiking, biking, skiing, pickleball, yoga and weight training. I love to travel with family and friends, sharing adventures in the mountains, at the beach and resort locations. Relaxing with a good book is a must!
